Leadership in a New Production Facility

Axess Logistics is looking for an experienced and dedicated team leader for their new facility in Rosersberg. The role is central to the operation and involves close collaboration with the site manager to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

About the Position

As a team leader, you will have full personnel responsibility for your department and be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the daily operations. You will work both strategically and operationally to develop processes, increase efficiency, and ensure that Axess meets both quality and environmental goals. Since the facility is new, you will have a unique opportunity to influence work methods, create efficient processes, and workflows.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Plan production on a monthly and weekly basis and ensure daily delivery.
• Participate in planning meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Drive improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Actively work on workplace safety issues.

Who Are You?

• Documented leadership experience, preferably 2–4 years in a managerial role.
• Good knowledge of production and production technology issues.
• Ability to plan, organize, and achieve results through others.
• High school education or equivalent experience.

You are a communicative and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and creating structure in a dynamic environment.
